Die Lieferung erfolgt frei Haus. Zahlbar innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach Lieferung oder Teillieferung und jeweiliger Rechnungsstellung. Eine Anzahlung, sofern nicht anders definiert, von 30% auf den Angebotspreis gilt als vereinbart. Bei Kauf von zus\u00e4tzlichen Asseco BERIT AG -Softwareprodukten werden diese dem bestehenden Wartungsvertrag hinzugef\u00fcgt. Es ist nicht m\u00f6glich nur einzelne Asseco BERIT AG -Softwareprodukte unter Wartung zu nehmen. Die Wartung beginnt mit der Installation beim Kunden und ist j\u00e4hrlich im Voraus zu bezahlen.
